I am writing this letter to apply for the position of Database Engineer Underground.
As a recent Bachelor of Mining Engineering graduate, I am looking forward to applying my
skills. I have enjoyed the fieldwork component of my degree immensely and am enthusiastic
to work in diverse and remote locations.

I have developed a comprehensive understanding of Mine Plan Design, Soil Mechanics,


Rock Mechanics, Geotech, Blasting, collection of field data and write detailed reports. This
has fostered a keen interest in all aspects of mining and resources processes, including surface
mining and underground mining.

My skills include a good working knowledge of programs such as AutoCAD, Surfer,


Slide, Dips, Surpac, Phase2, etc. I have good motivation for progress and growing. I work
well as a member of a team but am also confident in assuming responsibility for tasks
autonomously.

Through my previous experiences in organization, I have gained good communication


and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to solve problems and handle challenging
situations. I feel that I am a strong candidate for this position due to my extensive experience
in team environments and physically demanding roles, and my genuine passion for mining
engineering. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this application with you further,
