Farmakodinamik

 Propranolol :
Propranolol is a non-cardioselective β-blocker that competitively blocks β1- and β2-
receptors resulting in decreased heart rate, myocardial contractility, BP and
myocardial oxygen demand. It has membrane-stabilising properties.
 Captropil :
Captopril competitively inhibits the conversion of angiotensin I (ATI) to angiotensin
II (ATII), thus resulting in reduced ATII levels and aldosterone secretion. It also
increases plasma renin activity and bradykinin levels. Reduction of ATII leads to
decreased Na and water retention. This promotes vasodilation and BP reduction
 Hydrochlorothiazide
Hydrochlorothiazide inhibits the reabsorption of Na in the distal tubules causing
increased excretion of Na and water including K and hydrogen ions.
 Salbutamol
Salbutamol activates adenyl cyclase, the enzyme that stimulates the production of
cyclic adenosine-3', 5'-monophosphate (cAMP). Increased cAMP leads to activation
of protein kinase A, which inhibits phosphorylation of myosin and lowers intracellular
ionic Ca concentrations, resulting in smooth muscle relaxation.
