BrUTaLFISSUre RULE BOOKR: BRUTALFISSURE NOTE: the “team” is defined as the group of players within a single game in a specific region na specific platform, © rp Rocket Leagee [EU- PC] §1 Majority The majority of the team must agree to any eventual changes that are made to the team This includes, but is not limited to: tryouts being promoted to official, members being voted off the team. §2 Tryouts Tryouts must play at least 15 hours with the team, and must participate in at least 1 scrim session or 1 tournament/qualifier session before being eligible for a promotion to official. §3 Contracts Contracts are for at least 3 months each or until voided. These contracts are here to ensure the player @ reasonable amount of time to show their worth, Contracts can only be voided in the case of: = overwhelming majority (+66%) within their respective team - _ blatant disrespect of the rules (Brand Manager decision only) ~ the player itself not wishing to play on the team any longer §4 Blacklist Any official and contract-bound player that retracts from a team without consensus from the overwhelming majority of the team, will not be able to reenter the organization for six (6) months, §5 Twitter Official members are required to have an official BrutalFissure Twitter. Account names must follow the convention “BruFi_", e.g. “BruFi_Dendi’, We want people to be active on Twitter, so if you need help getting started, ask the Brand Manager (Wutffie). §6 Streaming and Content Creation REMEMBER: You don't HAVE to be a Streamer/Content Creator, but it's a great way to get known if you do it regularly. Official members must add a link to BrutalFissure’s Twitter (@BrutalFissureGG) somewhere in the description of their respective service, e.g. panels on Twitch, or description of YouTube Streamers must use a banner which will be provided by Wuffie on contract signing. You may optionally add a link to BrutalFissure's org fund - ask Wuffie for a link. §7 Prize Pools Members are not required to share prize pools to the org fund, but are encouraged to do so. All players, including the captain, must have an equal share. The coach, if any, must receive at least 10% of the total payout. The manager, if any, does not have a minimum share. The team may agree on higher rates for coaches and managers only, The Brand Manager, or if everyone agrees - the Team Captain - must be the mediator of the money for payouts. §8 Org funding Members who have contributed to the org fund at least 30 days prior to any eventual payout may apply for funding. Staff and management may not apply unless they are also active members of an official team. In the case that funding is necessary for the team to progress (e.g. tournament ticket), management may decide to fund tryouts. Management has the final say in any eventual funding. Should the org dissolve with active teams, the org fund will be split between all official members and staff who have previously contributed to the org fund. §9 Discord Players will be updated on the org through our official Discord. Players are required to have notifications (including mobile push notifications) enabled for at least @mentions, @everyone, and @here. @ wimessozes Suppress @everyone and @here oO Only @mentions Mobile Push Notifications @ wri Definition CEO: Manages the organization - does NOT directly manage teams aside from gathering the roster, May assist in any eventual creative necessities (banners, content creator overlays, etc.) Team Manager: Does not come with a team by default - only active and busy teams may apply for a manager if they do not provide their own, The team manager may also be the coach if voted for by the team, Team managers take control of finding players, finding toumaments and mediating during team issues player wise. Coach: Manages team practice, perfects team performance as well as the individual members performance. The coach may also be the team manager if voted for by the team. Coaches takes control of in-game spectates, improvements on the overall synergy and success of the team, Captain: In the absence of a Team Manager and/or Coach the captain takes on the responsibilities for these roles. Acaptain may be elected once a full roster has been formed. Ifa captain has been elected prior to the initial roster being formed, he is also responsible for finding the initial roster. The captain is not necessarily the Shotcaller in-game. Shotcaller: Is responsible for managing the team in-game. Teams may have their own definition of a Shotcaller and there's not only one spot for a Shotcaller. In games with drafting phases, the Shotcaller usually becomes Drafter as well.
