 Note that both Excels have the same features in plotting

the graph except plotting the error‐bars. There is a bug in
Excel 2010.
 In Excel 2010, it will show horizontal and vertical error‐bars
even though you have selected the vertical error‐bars in
the setting.
 To rectify your error‐bars in the graph, zoom in the graph such
that you use your mouse to “click” on one of the horizontal
error‐bars.
 Make sure that “click” highlights all the horizontal error‐bars
and then press “Delete” button.
 Now, you should have your graph with best fitted line and
vertical error‐bars.
