WELCOME
Mrs. Delgado’s third grade class

Dear parents of this 2018 third grade class. I welcome you

and your child to a year adventure of learning new and exciting
things. Our adventure consists of going through different
reading books and creative writing as well as learning other
material necessary for your child to be successful in life.

You are welcome to come and volunteer to be part of the

adventure.

Reading
We will enjoy reading for
knowledge. The more we read the
better we understand. We will read
fun books and educational ones
too.

Writing
Children will have the
best of time learning
to write stories and
poetry this coming
year.

 March 5-9
During the second week of
March we will be
celebrating Dr. Seuss’
birthday. Children may
dress up all week. And
bring their favorite Dr.
Seuss book.

March 12-16
During the third week of March we will be
celebrating St. Patrick’s. Children may wear
green throughout the week. It will be a fun
and educational week for them,

March 19-23
During the fourth week
of March we will be
celebrating poetry day
by learning to recite
some.
