merit because of what didn’t happen then attention should be turned to what could have happened.
Fortunately, criminal charges and chil itigation ace not pat ofthis conversaion, At the very basic level
and forthe purpose ofthis presentation asa singular event, the moment Speedwell membersleft the
club fr the ire call was avolation of Township policy regarding zea tolerance for drugs and alcohol in
the workplace. The evidence is clear and its inconteoveribie, The history prior to that event and the
actions ofthe fre company since the event further clarify a need for action.

across the nation benefit from this very unique rat ofthe American fire service. We agree. With an
