-Tunnel Form work I & II 

● Contractor : Technoworks Main Client : FWO Pakistan 

● Designated as the Project Manager 
● Both Formworks weighed 22 tons and sized upto 7m tall. 
● Successfully led a team of 16 people of varying skill to complete both formworks within budget time and quality 
requisites. 
● Divided the project into doable tasks and scheduled tasks using a Gantt Chart, distributed said tasks among the 
workers. 
● Furnished new modified and understandable drawings for site use. 
● Communicated Client demands and Contractor recommendations with regular visits, keeping all stake holders 
informed and satisfied with the progress of the project. 
● Relocated to the site, supervised every single task, inspecting weld quality, dimensions, surface quality and working 
conditions of the ongoing operations. Making sure that all work being performed conformed to quality and safety 
standards. 
● Resolved multiple Technical and Inter Personnel Issues. 
● Documented daily project reports and used tools such as overtime, extra labour and inventory expansion to speed up 
the process.  
● End Result was the 2nd Formwork being completed within a record time of 22 days, with the average time frame 
being of 38 days.
