Introduction

For the development of the activity, it is carried out in the previous readings in relation to the

semiconductor physics and relating, besides electronic components, vital, in the operation of the

circuits.

Based on the reading and writing of these, one proceeds to individually demonstrate a proposed

circuit, to be simulated and socialized in order to select, by the collaborative group, to comply with

the principles or concepts investigated, in the thematic of the unit.

goals

• Perform the previous readings with concepts of semiconductors in order to write a document that

shows the thematic of the unit.

• Perform and simulate a proposed circuit based on the elements that integrate according to the

readings, in order to socialize them and select the best group proposal.

• Consolidate and evidence the simulated circuit, feedback the participation of the other members

of work.

description of the design found and the arguments of the group to.

the selected circuit is implemented, since it meets the properties or characteristics of the

semiconductors, based on the readings made. it takes into account the properties of the transistors,

resistances, to drive the current, also influences the factor of luminosity, to carry out the circuit

function.

through a 9v current generating source, we proceed to install a photoresist, one of the elements

that, if subjected to the luminosity, decreases its resistive value, representing this energy by means

of a yellow led. when we move away, we observe how its resistive capacity increases, proceeding

to drive the generated current to the led of the circuit, turning on the same.

is observed as influences the ambient light condition, or simulated, transmitting energy to the

circuit to carry out its operation and its process of conduction of current taken, to convert it.

we take into account the electronic components, which in this case is the photoresist, acting as a

semiconductor element, in addition to the transistor controlling the flow of the current. In this way

emphasis is placed on the outstanding theoretical principles, to represent a sensible circuit.

Implementation-simulation.

an illumination sensor is created, demonstrating a circuit applied to the basic theoretical

principles of the semiconductor elements, through the photoresistance, resistors and transistor.

the result is evidenced in the ambient light condition or to which it is submitted, to transform it,

in current through its circuit until it is demodulated by means of a led.

conclusions

 In the theme of this unit of work, the main semiconductor components, such as diodes, are

known, knowing their type of union, and how to act when subjected to an alternating

current, for their current conversion process.

 We know the properties of electronic components by means of the p-n junction and other

elements that act on it, such as electrical conduction, doping and contamination of their

properties, being seen in them the alteration subject to these factors.

 Other conditions such as electromagnetic fields, pressure, radiation and temperature

conditions must be taken into account, with the alteration of their chemical properties in the

elements.
