SUBJECT: Recognition of Battalion Time Management Policy

1.Purpose: Purpose: To ensure counseling/ COER are done within the appropriate time
frame and all timelines are met by all cadets.

2. Policy: Cadets in leadership positions will have initial counseling/COER completed by


the end of week one of the new cycle and submitted to C/CSM. Cadets in leadership
positions will have final counseling/ COER completed by the last week of that cycle and
submitted to C/CSM. All cadets will report to all formations 15 minutes before scheduled
time of formation. All information sent out needs to be send down in a timely manner
(the sooner, the better). All cadets that arrive late to formations will be treated as an
unexcused absence.

3.Failure to comply with this policy will result in three (3) negative offenses;
a. 1st offense: verbal warning

b. 2 offense: conference with battalion leadership on why cadet failed to comply
with policy,
c. 3rd offense: documented on counseling/COER.
4. All cadets with more than the appropriated offenses (3) on any policy will be
recommended for disenrollment and dropped from the program.
