Instructor/Student_ Language Laboratory Workbook
This book contains the laboratory exercises which reinforce the
objectives in lessons 1 - 32 of the Nonintensive American Language
Course, Volume 4, Instructor/Student Text.
You will need a pen or pencil and this text to do the exercises correctly.
All directions are given orally. It is important to listen carefully to the
instructions and do the things the narrator tells you to do. You will be
told to repeat words or sentences and to ask and answer questions.
You will also be told to choose and mark certain words or expressions,
or to write special words, phrases, or sentences. Most of the time the
narrator will give you the correct answers right away, so you can check
your work. Sometimes you'll be instructed to look at the last page of
the lesson for the answers. Relax, listen carefully, and respond!
