Note:
1. Please carry two passport sized photographs (your name printed and signed on reverse)
2. Eye Vision Certificate- Near vision acuity shall permit reading a minimum of Jaeger number 1 or Times Roman N4.5 at not less than 30 cm
with one or both eyes, either corrected or uncorrected.
3. 1 copy of Identity Proof (ie., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving license, Passport, Voter ID……..)
4. Official result notification (If attending an examination retest)
5. Form PSL57A (Initial Exam for all NDT courses) – Please request if require.
6. Form PSL57B (Retest & Renewal for all NDT courses) – Please request if require.
7. Form PSL44 (Vision Certificate) – Please request if require.
8. Form PSL30 (Log of Experience) – Please request if require.
9. Royal Tech reserves the right to postpone or cancel the courses due to unavoidable reasons.
