HOW PROGRESS WILL BE MEASURED:
The nine key indicators of conversion and Church growth from the quarterly report will have goals
set for each of them with each unit and family determining their areas of emphasis. Other
indicators will be used as needed.

IMPLEMENTATION:
The Area Plan will be widely distributed and discussed in family, branch, ward, district and stake
councils so that all members know the vision, understand the objectives and are united in their
determination to achieve the goals. Area Broadcasts will be held, posters displayed, and pocket
editions of the Area Plan distributed. Conference messages will also be focused on the vision,
objectives and goals and especially how they relate to the spiritual progress of individuals and
families.
Councils will play a key role
in setting and achieving goals
for their members. The Area
Seventy will instruct and
assist the stakes and districts
in their coordinating councils
and stake, mission and
district leaders will assist the
wards and branches. Parents
will use family councils to
determine how their family
can share the vision, and
achieve the objectives and goals
in the home.

Members will be given insights on how they can respond to the following questions:
1. Why is it important that I participate in establishing the Church in the Philippines?
2. What changes should I make in my life in order to make, honor and renew sacred
covenants?
3. How will my faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ be increased as I obey the
commandments of God?

ACCOUNTABILITY:
Area seventy, mission, stake and district presidents will review the goals set for the nine key
indicators of conversion and Church growth with those who have stewardship responsibility. Area
Presidency members will review each coordinating council report with the assigned area seventy
on a quarterly basis.
