Maiah Rowe is a student in my Dance Arts classes at Windsor High School. In the two years that I have known 
Ms. Rowe, she has demonstrated both passion and commitment to her craft. I am writing with great pleasure to 
recommend Ms. Rowe for the program in which she is applying. 
 
Ms. Rowe’s work ethic and class performance is commendable. She is a leader and a dedicated student and has 
choreographed and performed in the Windsor High School annual showcase. She also dances in a local teen 
modern dance companies Elite and DC Harmony with the Dance Center of Santa Rosa. She has dedicated 
numerous weekends and after schools to rehearsals, and demonstrates both strong work ethic and focus when 
working with directors and instructors. Ms. Rowe works well with other students, has a positive attitude, and 
follows through with her academic and personal commitments. Her strong academic performance and transcript 
are testimony to her potential.  
 
Ms. Rowe is respectful to both her peers and teachers, and always impresses me with her ability to approach 
problem-solving in innovative ways. She is always willing to take risks and open herself to new learning 
opportunities. She is a leader and goes above and beyond what is expected of her as a student. I strongly 
recommend Maiah Rowe for your esteemed program, without reservations, and would appreciate your most
