First: First Party is to employ the Second Party who ‫ يلتزم الطرف األول بتعيين الطرف الثاني القابل‬:‫أوال‬

Any of his establishments in the State of Kuwait. ‫دولة الكويت‬

Fifth: Special Conditions: ‫ شروط خاصة‬:‫خامسا‬

In addition to the provisions in the Labor Law of the
private sector, both parties may include other labor
privileges which would not contradict with the labor law
and which would be beneficial to both parties (employee &
employer). These privileges are :-
1. The contract is for Two years renewal as per Demand
Letter. The worker will be on probation for 100 days and
will be confirmed on successful completion of
probationary period.
2. The company shall facilitate the worker to register with
the Embassy of India within one month of his/her arrival
in Kuwait.
3. The company shall provide free accommodation, free
transportation &Free Food or food allowance KD 20/-.
Sixth: Any matter not stated in this contract is subject
To the terms of Kuwait Labor Law No.6 / of 2010.
Seventh: This contract is signed in triplicate, each Party
will receive a copy and the third copy will be kept in the
Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.

SECOND PARTY

‫الطرفين إضافة امتيازات عمالية أخرى على أال تتعارض مع القانون وبما‬
‫يحقق فائدة للطرفين (العامل – صاحب العمل) وتتمثل هذه االمتيازات (إن‬

‫ستكون مدة العقد سنتين قابلة للتجديد حسب كتاب احتياج العمالة‬-1
