 ABSTRACT

In my internship period of fifteen days at KITEX Ltd Company. I have

earned knowledge about the company and its functions especially that of the human
resource department on which I have focused more. The HR head Mrs. S. Sainu shared
ample knowledge with me regarding the various functions and activities of the company.
Apart from I learned from the other staff about the welfare and safety of employees, the
attendance and leave management etc.

I have made some theoretical study of HR department apart from the

observation from the records of the company and information obtained from the various
staff of the company. From the internship I have gained a clear picture about how the
company functions and especially how it carries the activities of HR department. My
internship period at KITEX Ltd Company has been a fruitful one. This could not have
been possible without the support and coordination of the employee and management
of KITEX Ltd Company.
