A BILL FOR AN ACT

RELATING TO ABORTION

BE IT ENACTED BY THE YMCA OF HONOLULU YOUTH AND GOVERNMENT PROGRAM

SECTION 1.If A female in pregnancy seeks to have an abortion or keep her

child, should the father of the child have an opposing view the case may be taken

to a court where the unborn child's fate will be decided by a jury comprised of 50%

of both biological sexes.

SECTION 2. Females in pregnancy are mandated to inform the unborn child's

father and local clinic of their pregnancy and plans of abortion.

SECTION 3. Purposely not or misinforming the father of said females child

will result in the father’s decision to bring said female before a court of law where a

trial will decide if the mother will be convicted for the murder of an unborn child

without consent of the law or father of child.

SECTION 4 The father is reserved the right to bring up a case because, while

it is the mother's body, the child is the offspring of both parents .Thus the father

has every right to refute a mother's decision in abortion.

SECTION 5. This Act shall take effect upon approval.
