COMPLAINT LETTER

Dear director,

I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction at the Norparlo School of English.

Firstly, I was very disappointed with my classmates, because they use the cellphone in all
the classes so it´s difficult for me to pay attention to the teacher. Secondly, the heating
doesn’t work and it is winter. I know that you are so busy, but most of my classmates don´t
go to the class because the machine is faulty and it´s hard to pay attention to the class,
too.

And finally, the thing that I am most annoying, it´s about the school food. That is terrible!
Have you ever eaten it? The food doesn´t have flavor or it´s too spicy, and the people who
work in the kitchen cook the same the whole week.

I hope you can understand my complaint and I´m sure you will help me and all the students.
