Monte Bulacan and three (3) others. TDPO: At about 9:00 PM of December 28, 2016 at SANTOR residence situated at Block 17, Lot 36, Phase 8A, Package 14, Brgy. 176, Bagong Silang Caloocan City. FACTS OF THE CASE: Investigation disclosed that on cited TDPO, the victims while inside the abode of CRISTINA SANTOR at the cited place of occurrence, when four (4) unidentified riding criminals suddenly appeared on board in two (2) motorcycles plate number not taken, armed with unknown caliber of firearms, both back riders alighted their motorcycles, without any words shot the victims to different parts of their body as a result victim No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 were died on the spot (DOS), while victim 6, 7 and 8 sustained gunshot wounds and rushed by their relatives to Dr. Jose Rodriguez Memorial Hospital for medical treatment unfortunately, victim 6 and 7 Pronounced dead at about 09:15 PM by their attending physician Dr. KATHERINE NATIVIDAD, while victim 8 is still confined and under treatment at said hospital.
