Ethical issue is a problem or situation that requires a person or organizations to choose between

alternatives that must be valuated as right (ethical) or wrong (unethical). In business or also known as
corporate ethics it is a form of applied ethics or professional ethics that examines ethical principles and
moral or ethical problems that arise in a business environment. It applies to all aspects of business
conduct and is relevant to the conduct of individuals and entire organizations. An example of an ethical
issue happened was integrity and trust. Integrity includes the idea of conducting the business affairs
with honesty and a commitment to treating every customer fairly. When customers perceive that a
company is exhibiting an unwavering commitment to ethical business practices, a high level of trust can
develop between the business and the people it seeks to serve. The relationship of trust between the
business and the customers may be a key determinate to the company success.
