Please explain. ‘This clinical rotation has Helped me realized how much | ike psych. | love just talking tothe patients and listening to all thelr ferent stories. Every patient isso differen, and it just feels good to hopefully be able to help them, just simply by being present for them. This rotaion has made me a beter listener, l have leamed to 'be nonjudgmental and accepting that everyone is diferent. Which objective did you accomplish during this rotation? How did you doit? {accomplished a focus interaction assessment wih a psych paient.| did this by coming up with a teaching plan with one of my patients, | fst assessed my patient, came up with a nursing diagnosis, and came up with & plan. | made sure had good therapeutic relationship wth my patient before anything | taught my patient {and used therapeutic communication techniques.
