Things you need to know

Your booking
Your booking includes the cost of your seat, a 7 kg baggage allowance and any optional extras you’ve
bought.

Arriving at the airport

You’ll need to present your booking confirmation and the documents needed for your journey and acceptance
at your final destination.

Hand baggage
Each passenger can take 1 piece of hand baggage. It must not weigh more than 7 kg or be larger than 56 cm
x 45 cm x 25 cm. You can also take a small laptop bag or handbag.

Checked baggage
You can check in bags from 3 hours to 60 minutes before you depart. If your baggage isn’t checked in more
than 60 minutes before take-off, you won’t be allowed to take it.

Arriving on time
To give yourself enough time to check in, please arrive at least 3 hours before your flight departs. Check-in
closes 60 minutes before your flight is scheduled to leave. If you’re late you won’t be able to travel.

Changing your mind

Check on your booking confirmation to see what type of fare you’ve bought, then see if you can change or
cancel your booking.

Group fares
If you're booked as part of a group, check with the group organiser to see how your fare works, as it may be
different from the way our fares usually work.

Credit card payments

We’ll need to see the credit card you paid for your booking with at the airport. If your booking was paid for
with someone else’s credit card, we’ll need to see a photocopy of the front of the card and the cardholder’s
passport.
