think okay so first of all i consider this that you should and spend time with your family as much

you are available and also i think that you shouldn’t drink too much alcohol in your life so you
want to get longer cause a althought it is really nice to share time with your friends or to have a
glass of wine to have beer you have to be you should be moderated in that way also
