This is to bring to your kind notice that the Cultural Committee is organizing a cultural fest
named Riwaayat, which will take place from 22- 02-2018 to 25-02-2018. The fest has an
associate sponsor “TATA MOTORS” which will present an auto expo and the committee seeks
permission for the same. Therefore, we need a stall space of 12 X 12 ft where the expo shall take
place.
Kindly grant permission for the same. It is submitted for your kind approval and consent.
