Objective:
This is a class reposition activity covering the subjects of the relationship between Project, program and Portfolio
management.

The assignment consists on reading the document attached to this assignment, and answer the following questions.

1- What is a Project Portfolio?

2- What is a Program?
3- Which are the main differences between a Project, a Program and a Portfolio?
4- How do projects help an organization achieve its strategic plan?
5- What is the Project Management Office (PMO)?
6- Which are the main functions of the PMO?
7- Which are the main differences between Project management and Operations management?

Main requirements of the Assignment:
