Manuel spoke with this guest and explained everything that he had to do and even

but he did not understand this and said that he being Canadian did not need the special eTA
but Manuel explains to him that he need it, a few minutes passed and this guest left
the airport without talking to anyone and of his own volition and never returned, we
never denied the boarding to the guest, that's why we did not do an AQD, we just told
him that he should apply for a special eTA, we always have this type of case in our
airports and always the guests apply for their Special eTA and we wait for them and
they travel with us.
