Digital signal processor lab

The DSP lab consists of two processor trainer kits viz., TMS320cx series and TMS6713 series. Both
the processor are used in developing novel algorithm for digital filters. Although there are numerous
publications on this to cite a few interesting topics

1. Acoustic echo cancellation

2. Adaptive filtering
3. Medical imaging and processing
4. Real time implementation of WCDMA system
5. Signal conditioning for sensors.
6. Intelligent decision making algorithm for artificial intelligence.
The field of application varies from audio electronics to communication systems. However the
application of these processors in nuclear, defence and Rocket industry is hitherto unreported.
These could be explored for scientific and intellectual growth in india.
