Banned items at the Examination Centre: Candidates are not allowed to bring any electronic gadgets or electronic devices such as Cell
Phone, Bluetooth, electronic wrist watch/diaries and hand bags, ornaments, documents/papers etc. inside the examination centre. KVS
will not make any provision to keep them in safe custody and candidates themselves are responsible for safety of their belongings. Any
candidate who is found with the banned items, copying, receiving, giving assistance or using any unfair means during the exam will be
disqualied and KVS will not be responsible for the cancellation of candidature at any stage of recruitment process. In addition, KVS will
take disciplinary and legal action as per rules and such cases will be reported to police, if necessary.

The candidate is required to reach the Examination Centre as per ‘Reporting Time’ mentioned in this Admit Card (i.e. 90 minutes before
the schedule time of examination) so that entry formalities i.e. Biometric Registration by capturing thumb impression, Webcam
Photograph, Physical Frisking, Photo-matching with ID Proof etc. can be done smoothly. For Bio-metric registration of the candidate, it is
advised not to apply any external materials on their hands/foot like mehandi, ink etc. Candidate to note that the main gate of Examination
Centre will be closed 30 minutes before start of Computer Based Test. After the examination is over, the candidates are again required
for Bio-metric attendance for re-verication and should not leave the examination hall before completion of this process.

The Computer Based Test/Exam will be held as per schedule mentioned in this admit card and candidate shall not be allowed to leave the
Examination Hall before end/complete of the online examination. Objective type questions with multiple choice answers in each Paper
will be provided (except 2nd paper for the post of Hindi Translator). Each question will carry one mark and there is no negative
marking/penalty for wrong answer. No marks will be provided for unanswered questions. Details such as number of questions; subject
topics/syllabus; duration; etc. are available in detailed advertisement. The question paper will be bilingual i.e. English and Hindi only.
However, in case of any error/variation in Hindi, the English version of the question shall be valid.

PWD candidates are eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour extra, as per rules. In case PWD candidates need Scribe,
they are required to bring their own Scribe along with his/her Photograph and Photocopy & Original ID Proof at the examination for
submission to the Room Invigilator for record and verication.

No request for change in examination centre will be considered under any circumstances.
7. ऑनलाइन पर ा म शा मल होने वाले पर ाथ , अपने वयं के हत म, सभी मामल म अपनी पा ता के मापदं ड क जांच कर ल ता क बाद म कसी
कार क नराशा से बचा जा सक। पर ा के लए आपक उ मीदवार “पण
ू प से अनं तम है ” जो चयन के समय के. व.स. के भत नयम के तहत

The Candidates appearing in the online examination should, in their own interest, check their eligibility criteria in all respects so as to
avoid disappointment at any later stage. Your candidature for the online exam is "Purely provisional" which will be subject to detailed
scrutiny of your fullling the eligibility conditions as per the recruitment norms of KVS.
8. पर ाथ वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन के समय उपल ध कराई गई जानकार य द ई-एड मट काड पर मु त जानकार से भ न होती है तो, ऐसे पर ाथ को
सलाह द जाती है क वह पर ा आयोजन के एक दन पहले पवाहन
ू 10:00 बजे से अपरहान 12:00 बजे तक 'सु वधा काउं टर' पर अपने 2 पासपोट आकार
के फोटो, अपना पहचान प और द तावेजी सबत/
ू माण आ द के साथ यि तगत प से रपोट कर िजससे क तदनसार
ु आव यक सधार
ु कया जा सके।
सु वधा काउं टर' का पता के. व.स. क वेबसाइट http://www.kvsangathan.nic.in म उपल ध कराया जाएगा। ऑनलाइन पर ा म शा मल होने के लए
कसी भी पर ाथ को या ा/ महं गाई भ त का भगतान
ु नह ं कया जाएगा।
If the details printed on the e-admit card are different/varies from the details provided by the candidates in the online application, such
candidates are advised to personally report, one day before the conduct of examination at the 'Facilitation Centre' from 10:00 am to
12:00 pm with 2 passport size photographs along with documentary evidence/proof so that necessary corrections are made accordingly.
The address of the 'Facilitation Centre' will be made available at KVS website http://www.kvsangathan.nic.in. No TA/DA will be paid
to candidates for appearing in the Online examination.

Please retain this e-Admit Card for future records and to be produced at the time/stage of checking of documents after qualifying in the
Computer Based exam. In case your scanned Photo is not clear on the e-Admit card, please bring two passport size photographs (same
as uploaded in online application) at the time of Examination and handover to the Room Invigilator for further action.

आपि त के मामले म, केवल 04 दन के भीतर पोटल म ऑनलाइन त या लक

Important: Candidates can view their individual answers/online response (own answers and answer key) after 04 days of conduct of
examinations for all the posts, by logging into online portal with their registered credentials. In case of query/objection in respect of any
question(s) and its answer, it is to be submitted only through Online Response Link in the portal with documentary evidence within 04
days. The Objections received will be re-examined by the subject expert(s) for its nalisation. Response/ Objection/ Query related to
questions or keys received through any other mode of communication/channel will not be entertained under any circumstances. On
non-receipt of objections within stipulated period, such candidates will not have any right for any future legal claim, in any court of law, for
re-evaluation at later stage of selection process. The exact date and time of Online Response Link shall be mentioned/uploaded on KVS
Website. The candidate should regularly visit KVS website for latest updates through notications, instructions, circulators related to this
recruitment/selection process.

ON-LINE EXAM INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES
1. ऑनलाइन पर ा (कं यटर ू आधा रत) का अ यास करने के लए, पर ा थय को सलाह द जाती है क वह के. व.स. क वेबसाइट पर उपल ध डम
े ो (मॉक
टे ट) के मा यम से अ यास कर।
In order to familiarize with the ONLINE Exam (Computer Based), the candidates are advised to go through the demo link (mock test)
available on the KVS website.
2. क यटर
ू लब ै म अपने ना मत सीट लेने से पहले, सभी पर ा थय को अग ं ूठे के नशान से बायो-मी क पंजीकरण/वब
ै केम फोटो करवाना होगा, जो
अ नवाय है । बायो-मी क/फोटो के बना, पर ा के लए स टम लॉ गन नह ं होगा।
Before occupying your designated seat in the Computer Lab, candidates to under-go Biometric Registration/Webcam
Photograph. Without Bio-metric/Photo, System will not allow to Login for examination.
3. ऑनलाइन पर ा के लए आईडी और पासवड पर ा ारं भ होने से 10 मनट पहले पर ा थय को उनके संबं धत सीट पर दान कया जाएगा।
ID and Password for the online examination will be provided to the candidate 10 minutes before commencement of the examination at
their respective seat.
4. सवर पर घड़ी लगाई गई है ।यह आपक न के दा हने कोने के शीष पर है जो काउं टडाउन टाइमर वारा आपके लए पर ा समा त करने हे तु शष
े समय
द शत करे गा। समय के शू य होने पर पर ा वतः समा त हो जाएगी।
The clock will be set at the server. The countdown timer in the top right corner of screen will display the remaining time available for you to
complete the examination. When the timer reaches zero, the examination will end by itself.

The Question Palette displayed on the right side of screen will show the status of each question using one of the following symbols:

The Marked for Review status for a question simply indicates that you would like to look at that question again. If a question is
answered and Marked for Review, your answer for that question will be considered in the evaluation.

To answer a question, do the following:

a. न के दांयी ओर न प का म न पर सीधे जाने के लए न सं या पर ि लक कर।

Click on the question number in the Question Palette to go to that question directly.

b. वतमान न का उ तर सरु त करने के लए और म म अगले न पर जाने के लए Save and Next पर ि लक कर।

Click on Save & Next to save your answer for the current question and then go to the next question.

c. वतमान न का उ तर सरु त करने के लए, पन

ु वचार के लए चि हत करने और म म अगले न पर जाने के लए Mark for
Review and Next पर ि लक कर।
Click on Mark for Review & Next to mark it for review for the current question, and then go to the next question.

Caution: Note that your answer for the current question will not be saved, if you navigate to another question directly (without
