Happiness Experiment:

Hypotheses:
I can increase my happiness by doing one hour of physical activity everyday because
I would like to feel more fit than I do, and being fit helps with mental health as
well other places in ones life.

Procedure:
1. Throughout the week every day I will rate my happiness levels between 1 (being
the lowest) and 10 (being the highest)
2. one before the activity and one after the activity.
3. Then at the end of the week I will review the data and write the conclusion

I noticed that after doing the work I became tired and felt that I wanted to

Conclusion: In conclusion I think that personally doing one hour of exercise


everyday did not increase my happiness unless I was frustrated beforehand.
