Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to develop understanding of the strategic and functional issues in the operational environment of
any organization, of the various decisions involving the operational activities, and of the methods which enable taking the best possible
alternative decision.
Pre-requisites: Basic knowledge of Manufacturing and service functions, Statistics, and Management.
