 Ship’s company is one company in indonesia engaged in ship
maintenance work. As one of the companies that have an obligation to
implement the OSH management system (SMK3) and doing risk
assessment an each stage of its work. In the last 2 years it has been an
accident more than 20 times. From mild to serve accidents.

used in the abstract?
 There are 2 methods that used in the abstract. First, it using HIRARC
method for the assessment of risk ranking of HIRARC with FUZZY
approaches based on rule that base on the rules AS/NZS 4360:2004.
Second, it using FTA method to identification the level of risk high
and very highten determine the cause of the base of the accident, so it
can do a precautions against accidents.
