Journal Reflection #11 for 3/13/18

Undergoing four years of training and implementing those skills, at clinical, I came to a

realization that I want a career in medical field. Seeing other CNAs and RNs endeavor to help

their patients encourages me to continue my pathway. Besides being inspired I have also grown

as an individual in the past four years, with the many opportunities that were given. Having the

opportunity to be partnered up with marvelous CNA, who are role models, and wonderful

classmates. I not only learned to implement my skills but learn an aspect of humor, which

amazed me considering the patient situation. Above all, my instructor aid and expanded my

interest in the medical field. No one in the medical field is alone: everyone works as one to

achieve goals. Within having these skills and knowledge we are then capable of implementing it

to our capstone presentation. Having the capability to communicate a message with a general

audience: those not in the discourse. As my senior year ends I feel more mature and capable of

being independent and make my own choices.
