Steel Tubes
Description : The welded steel tubes are classified in 2 series of
thickness :- medium & heavy.
Available in Black, Primer Coated or Hot - Dipped
Galvanised finish in mill length of 6m.
Application: For normal conveyance of water, steam, air, gas etc.

Bend Test
90° Bend, show no visible cracks
Flattening Test
a) Tube section flattened to 75% of the original
outside diameter of tube, no sign of visible
cracks or flaws
b) Further flattened to 60% if the original outside
diameter, no sign of visible cracks or flaws
occur in the mental other than in the weld
Leak Tightness Test
Tube shall be able to withstand a minimum,
hydrostatic test pressure of 50 bar maintained
for at least 5s.
