Objective
Working in a high traffic area is easy due to past experience in customer service won’t be an issue, making
customers feel better and happier in the facility is a number one priority. I enjoy working with others and
helping others solve a problem/issue and in result making the work place feel like a much better place to
be overall, working environment should be comfortable and accepting.

SALES
· While being a student at Jordan high school I took the class entrepreneurship and learned how to
develop your own business, how to run it, who to hire, etc. we painted and remodeled “the spot”
located within the school, chose the menu, decided what to price the items, made uniforms, and
eventually worked at the spot during lunch.

COMMUNICATION
· While working at the spot I was the cold foods manager and being cold foods manager I had to be very
well at communication with my peers and teacher, the job was demanding but was very beneficial to
the practice in the customer service and food industry.

WORKING WITH OTHERS

 Working with others is so much fun and enjoyable when everyone is respectful and kind while
working with fun services I had the pleasure of working with great people and learning new ways
to handle situations professionally and logically.

Experience
GAME MANAGER | FUN SERVICES | JUNE 2017-JULY 2017
· During my time working for fun services game managers set up games, worked with the games and
customers, and cleaned up/inspected games and reported any issues to the general manager.

SUPPLY ORGANIZER | HEADS UP | OCT 2017-PRESENT

· While working at heads up supply organizers will take terminals/connectors and organize them based
off size or color, then placed in new bins, labeled, and returned to the manager for use.
