Please explain. ‘During this clinical rotation | have bult confidence in myself and developed critical thinking skis i takes to be a great nurse. Each clinical | got more comfortable with my ole asa student nurse and was able to work through each patient and the plan of care as if| was the nurse Ihave learned so much during this clinical rotation that | will keep with me throughout my nursing career. Which objective did you accomplish during this rotation? How did you do it? | safely administered medication using the 6 rights of medication administration. | developed a plan of care for ‘each patient with learing how to priontize my patient care with the assistance of my instructor and peers. | Completed two head to toes fo get my baseline first thing in the morning and learned the importance of baseline assessments and trends. With that, | had to lear time management with my morning vials, nd med pass. | practiced, and got better each week, with my nursing diagnoses on each patient with appropriate interventions, outcomes, and evaluation, with less assistance each time. | recognized ‘abnormal findings and reporied them, as well as was able to tak through and understand why they may be ‘abnormal with my nical instructor. lused SBAR to communicate with my peers and instructor as well as learned how to collaborate with others in the healthcare team. What are your goals for your next clinical rotation? [My goal is fo be able to work through my priors and nursing process for each patient wth less assistance as wel a be able fo identify the reasoning behind abnormal findings with less assistance. | want to be able to use iy time management sis have learned this semester to complete my morning assessment and med pass ffectvely with riorizing my plan of care property. | hope to continue to learn and grow each clinical and ‘accept feedback as well as seek for input from my peers and my instructor.
