Orientation week started with Arrival Day, all the international mentors received new students and

helped in all the process until dropping them to their accommodations. And the next days were
awesome with many activities form Lund International Desk, international Mentor Groups,
Studentlund Fair and Nations.

There were excursions arranged by the different faculties and from the International mentor groups,
where we explored the wonderful countryside and visit places of special interest in the Skåne region.
These activities gave chance to learn more about Swedishness, Culture and Lund to make new friends.

The international coordinators arranged a meetings with faculties to know about the study plans and get
settled with books at Lund. And LTH arranged activities with their specific programmes and introduced
programme.

Student Association Fairs, where we meet the different Lund organizations and choose what we are
interested in. It was really wonderful experience to see the student nations and their dedication to
engage students in other activities to enjoy the student life at Lund.

Some activities like fika to know each other and to taste the Swedish food, where some of them thought
us to prepare some traditional Swedish dishes. And late night parties, BBQ at different corridors
arranged by nations and international mentor groups were lively.

And activities from the International Desk like treasure hunt, walking tours and visits to Lund cathedral
were helpful. The activities from TLTH with guilds were really awesome which gave an entirely
different experience in celebrating and enjoying the student life at Lund.
