Rehabilitation works of Shatili crashed towers No.

43, 44 and 45 were executed in 2012 on the basis of

No.3/313t and No.3/353 agreements signed between the National Agency for Cultural Heritage
Preservation of Georgia and LLC "Constructor 2012". The towers were cleaned from the debris and
garbage. The foundations of the towers No.43 and No.44 were concreted and their collapsed walls were
restored, while the damaged parts of the wall were strengthened using metal constructions. Also, the
serrated cracks of the towers were re-filled with polymer cement and lime solution.

According to the agreement No. 3/88 of 2013, "Constructor 2012" continued the rehabilitation process
of the No. 43 and No. 44 towers. The floor overlaps were restored with wooden beams and thin plates
of slate and triple layer of hydro-insulating material was laid. Then deck roof of the tower No. 44 was
arranged with wooden materials; Also were installed the ceramic pipe droppers; With new wooden
materials were prepared the similar constructions of existing balcony; The surface of arranged wooden
balcony was processed and painted with a lacquer; ჭერხოს ღია მხრიდან მოეწყო წნული.. On the
tower No.43, the damaged floor overlap was demolished and restored with wooden materials; This
overlap was covered with thin plates of slate and triple layer of hydro-insulating material. The floor
overlap was also filled and tamped with clay-land.

2017 წელს, სააგენტოსთან გაფორმებული №3/369 ხელშეკრულების საფუძველზე, შპს

„გრინველმა“ დაიწყო შატილში მდებარე №6 კოშკის სარეაბილიტაციო სამუშაოები, რომელიც
2017 წლის ზაფხულში ჩამოინგრა. სააგენტოს მიერ დაფინანსებული აღდგენითი
სამუშაოების პირველი ეტაპის ფარგლებში, დაზიანებული კოშკი მთლიანად გაიწმინდა
ნაშალი ქვისა და ჩახერგილობისაგან. რესტავრატორების მიერ დაიშლა კოშკის
დაზიანებული კედელი, ჩამოყრილი ქვები კი გადაირჩა და დასაწყობდა. გაწმენდილ სამუშაო
ადგილზე მოეწყო სახურავის დროებით დამჭერი ხის სივრცული ძალოვანი ხარაჩო; ნადენი
წყლისგან დაზიანებული საძირკვლის გრუნტი დამუშავდა, სადაც მონოლითური რკინა-
ბეტონის საძირკველი მოწყო. აღნიშნული კოშკის სრულ რეაბილიტაციას საქართველოს
კულტურული მემკვიდრეობის დაცვის ეროვნული სააგენტო მომდევნო წელს დაასრულებს.
