HOW TO MAKE THE CUTTIEST MINI SPRING ROLL

INGREDIENTS:

1. Carrots
2. Leek
3. Bean sproud
4. Minched chicken meat
5. Garlic
6. Onion
7. Egss
8. Spring roll pastry
9. Oyster sauce
10. Sugar
11. Salt and pepper
12. Oil
13. Flour

TOOLS:
1. Pan
2. Spatula
3. Knife
4. Spoon
5. Cutting board
6. Plate

STEP:

 STEP 1 : Make the filling of spring roll


1. First, pell and cut the carrot like matches
2. Second, cut the onion, crushed the garlic and cut the leek
3. And then, separate the egg white from yolk
4. After that, heat the oil in the pan
5. Put the onion and garlic, then fry it
6. Then, put the minched chicken meat, carrot and bean sproud and fry it all until
fragrant
7. Next, put a little bit sugar, salt, pepper, and pour one pack of oyster sauce
8. After look mature, put the leek and stir it
9. After all mixed well, pour it into plate

 STEP 2 : make the cuttiest mini spring roll


1. First, Sprinkle the flour into cutting board
2. Second, put the spring roll pastry and put the filling sufficiently
3. Third, put the egg whites on pastry edge as a glue
4. Then, fold the pastry and roll it
5. After that, heat the oil to prepare frying
6. Next, put the spring roll and fry it until the colour change into golden brown
7. After the spring roll mature, put and rinse it
8. Then, put it to the plate and garnish it until look beautiful
9. Finally, the cuttiest mini spring roll is ready to serve
