On examination of pregnancy find very high-risk pregnancy, caesarean

section, post partum, newborns and neonates, this can be prevented by talking
midwifery care on an ongoing basis in accordance with the standards of
midfiwery care. This method aims to prevent other complications during
pregnancy which leads to the birth and babies born in hospitals Waluyo Jati clients
Kraksaan Probolinggo.
Midwifery care in pregnancy with standard 10T with effectiveness
research is regularly visits in accordance with the standards of care that pregnancy
in trimestern 1 for 4 times, trimestern II for 4 times, and trimestern III for 3 times,
visits delivery 1 time, in rural sub-health centers pendil, visit neonates at term and
postpartum 2 times in Ny R age of 21 years who reside in the village district
pendil Banyuanyar Probolingo.
Results of assessment on clients with high risk pregnancy, caesarean
section, postpartum, newborns, the analysis data risk pregnancy is very high,
caesarean section, postpartum and newborn born.
Various ways can be done to prevent the high risk and unwanted things
during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum, newborn babies, health workers
should provide care and promotion are more focused on the possible risks from
start to parturition.
