1. After PO3 told you not to turn your had elsewhere, what did you do?
- Our faces were directed to the ground but at many times, I would always look sideways to see
what was happening in our surroundings.

2. When you attempted to look sideways several times, what did you see, if any?
-Kathryn, Ellen and Daniel were also lying facedown.

3. What were their positions?

-They were also lying face down. Daniel was the nearest person near me.

4. Mr. Witness, going back to the situation where you were told to lie facedown?
-A man asked Daniel where his room was. Daniel pointed to his room.

5. You said Mr. Witness that you were lying facedown, how did you see Daniel point to his room?
-Because I always attempted to look sideways. Daniel was beside me so it was very easy for me
to see him.

6. What did the man do after Daniel pointed to his room?

-I saw him enter the room.

7. What happened after, if any?

-The man said after several minutes that he found a caliber .45 gun.

8. After the caliber .45 gun was allegedly found, what transpired thereafter?
-I saw two other men enter the room and after approximately 30 minutes, somebody shouted,
“Positive naay items!”.

9. Were you able to see the alleged items?

-No. I only heard the man say “Naay items” but I was not able to see it.

10. After the man shouted “Positive naay items”, what happened after?
-Daniel said that it was not ours, and also, a MAN came near me and tried to open my pockets
and insert his hand.

11. What was your position when you were searched by that man?
--I kneeled down because the man pulled me to a kneeling position.

12. What did you do after the man opened your pockets?
-I tried to resist a little. The man had a DIFFICULTY opening pocket because it had a zipper.

13. Approximately, how many minutes passed before the man was able to open your pockets?
-After about 3-5 min maam.

14. And what were you ding during the whole 3-5 minutes?
-I looked at his hand and accidentally, the hem of his jacket along his waist was drawn sideways
and eventually, I saw some small plastic sealed sachets containing white crystallines inside.
