1. Cucuk pendrive 2. check sama ada wujud kaspersky tu kt pendrive atau tak 3.

bukak kaspersky tu.. pastu biarkan.. 4. bukak task manager.. 5. Cari file
explorers.exe dan spoolsvc.exe 6. right click salah satu explorers or spoolsvc tu
then pilih open file location 7. Tkn roaming kt atas tu.. 8. Tkn tab view kat atas
tu pastu pilih options 9. Tkn tab view lagi.. 10. Tick kt bulat show hidden files,
folders or drives 11. Untick hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
12.Tkn yes. 13. Tkn apply pastu OK. 14. jumpa folder kaspersky kan? 15. sebelum
padam folder tu.. end process kt task manager dulu.. yang explorers.exe dgn
spoolsvc.exe 16. lepas dah end process right click folder kaspersky yg dah jumpa tu
pilih delete.. 17. Pastu format pendrive.. (Backup file dulu sebelum padam) 18.
Lepas format, try eject pendrive pastu cucuk balik tengok ada lagi ke tak? tak ada
kan.. 19. Goodluck Manual buang benda jadah ni.. Lepas buat ni pc dah ilang terus
benda ni.. kecuali kau tekan balik kaspersky kt mana2 pendrive yg lain.. kalau
tertekan.. nanti pc kau akan ada balik.. benda takkan wujud kalau kau tak tekan
benda jadah tu dalam pendrive.. goodluck
