water intake---3 litres min 4--litres--max

have your first meal within 30 minutes of waking up---->

pre workout meal --> 1 hour prior(1 fruit,1 egg yolk)


then gym
breakfast--> boiled sprouts,(9:30)
11:30---> roasted chana,almonds,fruit(apple,pineapple)-->always have dry fruits
during this time
Lunch---> 3 chapati+ protein(intake more)+buttermilk/curd
evening--->soup/sandwitch/ragra puri/roasted chana
dinner-->
