Payments will be due the first and third Thursday of every month.

Payments may be made by check or

cash and dropped in the payment box in a sealed envelope with your or your child’s name on it. A late
fee of $10 will be charged five days after missed payment and an additional $10 for every day after that
period. If you are unable to or are having problems making payments, please come talk to me.

If a check bounces for insufficient funds, an additional $20 will be charged to your bill and another form
of payment will be required. If you continue not to pay, your child may be terminated from my care and
legal action could be considered.
