The ​terms​ of the sale are as follows:

1. At the time of this agreement, there is an issue with one of the wheel bearings, and the brakes need

to be replaced. Upon receipt of a deposit amounting _____________________ from the buyer, the
seller agrees to have these issues repaired, and to provide receipts indicating the repair was done.

2. After the above repairs are completed, the seller agrees to have the vehicle safety check performed,
and e-tested according to the standards of the province of Ontario.

3. The deposit above is refundable, less ________________, in the event that the indicated repairs are
not completed.

4. Upon completion of these repairs, the seller agrees to keep possession of the vehicle, and drive it no
more than necessary, until the buyer returns to complete the sale.

6. Upon final sale and transfer of the title, the buyer and seller will have no commitments and owe
