Greetings!

In line with the objective of the University to provide quality graduates equipped with excellent
competency in the local and international hospitality industry, the College of Hospitality Management
and Tourism will once again send some of its students in the United State of America to have their
international practicum.

This is also o inform your office that an orientation and initial interview were already conducted
and the students listed hereunder qualified to undergo the training in the United States this first
semester of the following school year.

With this, I would like to respectfully request, with the concurrence of the Registrar’s Office, to
open the enrolment on June to July for the said students for them to comply other documentary and
school requirements. Further, it is also within the months of June to July where the said students will be
deployed since the slot for their internship abroad will only be open and available from such periods.
Finally, the students may be able to complete the training program within the first semester of the
following school year.

Your approval to this request would spell the success of this endeavour and would benefit our
students to the fullest and would give international recognition to our university.
