“We are surveying students on how safe they feel on campus for our English class. Your response will be anonymous
(unless you wish otherwise) and it will only be used for this class, so no publishing or anything like that. Would you like to
participate?”

1. On a scale of 1 to 5 how safe do you feel on campus?

2.On a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the lowest how familiar are you with the procedures in case of an emergency?

3.On a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the lowest, the middle being unsure how high do you think the crime rate is around campus?

4.Do you think there is a better way to get lobo alerts in case classes have a “no technology” policy?

5. Do you know where the campus police building is?

6. How do you think safety can be improved on campus?
