• Evaluate the performance of scribes to ensure they are meeting the expectations of the physician and the charting
protocols of the hospital, and reporting these evaluations to the regional manager, manage the scheduling of scribes,
and control the hiring and termination processes
• Train new scribes through virtual classroom training as well as on-site training to ensure work-environment
comfortability, and proper charting knowledge
• Perform all the tasks of a medical scribe

• Document (~ 25 per shift) patient medical history, test results, vital statistics, treatment plans, procedures, diagnosis,
discharge and follow-up information while working beside clinicians
