DISTRIBUTION PRODUCT

PT Agro Indonesia markets and distributes its products whether in domestic


market such as West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Palembang and Medan and in
International market such as Cina, Thailand, Malaysia and some other europian
countries. Crude palm oil is sold to traders and palm oil processors, and usually the
sales are conducted with agreed procedure, long term contract or spot basis, and the
delivery time negotiated upon sales.

Currently, all production of the Company and its subsidiaries used Franco
system, where shipping costs are covered by sender and product distribution is done
by external transporter. Every product that does not meet the agreed standard
criteria will be charged until certain time limit and if it went over time, then it will
be returned.

yakni Free on Truck Tipe A (FOT Tipe A) , Free on Truck Tipe B (FOT Tipe B),
Franco Silo Bacthing Plant (FSBP), khusus untuk Crude Palm Oil , dan strategi
Free On Board (FOB).
FOT tipe A merupakan suatu system pendistribusian Crude Palm Oil ke
konsumen langsung
dimana konsumen menerima Crude Palm Oil langsung dari pabrik. Pada posisi
seperti ini biaya distribusi Crude Palm Oil yang ditanggung PT Agro Indonesia
tidak ada. Secara umum pola distribusi seperti ini biasa disebut juga dengan pola
distribusi directshipment.
FOT tipe B merupakan sistem pendistribuan Crude Palm Oil ke
distributor/konsumen dimana
distributor/konsumen menerima produk Crude Palm Oil diatas truck pelabuhan
asal yang dituju seperti pelabuhan Poetere, Ciwanden dan lain lain. Biaya
transportasi yang ditanggung oleh PT Agro Indonesia . Pendistribusian semen
seperti ini biasa disebut dengan crossdocking.
FOB merupakan system pendistribusian Crude Palm Oil dimana distributor/
konsumen menerima produk Crude Palm Oil diatas pelabuhan asal PT Agro
Indonesia. Biaya transportasi
dan biaya pergudangan dan bongkat muat di tanggung oleh PT Agro Indonesia
.Pola
distribusi seperti ini biasa disebut dengan system distribusi warehouse.

Sementara Franco Silo Batching Plant merupakan system pengantaran produk


Crude Palm Oil yang diterima pada silo Bacthing plant yang pos biayanya
ditanggung oleh PT Agro Indonesia
Secara umum jalur distribusi pemasaran Crude Palm Oil PT Agro Indonesia
diantar
sebagian besar melalui darat (51%) sedangkan melalui laut (49%). Pertama,
Kondisi ini tidak
lepas dari motivasi PT Agro Indonesia untuk memenuhi permintaan Crude Palm
Oil pada
wilayah Sulawesi.
Product Distribution

The distribution pattern of PT Agro Indonesia can be divided into three
distribution patterns: Free on Truck Type A (Type A FOT), Free on Truck Type B
(FOT Type B), Franco Silo Bacthing Plant (FSBP), specifically for Crude Palm Oil,
and strategy Free On Board (FOB).
FOT Type A is a distribution system of Crude Palm Oil to direct consumers
where consumers receive Crude Palm Oil directly from the factory. In such a
position, the distribution cost of Crude Palm Oil which is charged by PT Agro
Indonesia does not exist. In general, this pattern of distribution is commonly
referred to as the directshipment distribution pattern.
FOT Type B is a distribution system of Crude Palm Oil to consumers where
they receive Crude Palm Oil products on the origin of the intended seaport such as
Poetere port, Ciwanden port and others. Transportation cost is charged by PT Agro
Indonesia. The distribution of Crude Palm Oil above is commonly referred to as
crossdocking.
FOB is a distribution system of Crude Palm Oil where the consumers
receive Crude Palm Oil products above the port of origin of PT Agro Indonesia.
Transportation and warehousing and packaging cost are the responsibility of PT
Agro Indonesia. This distribution pattern is commonly referred to as a warehouse
distribution system.
While Franco Silo Batching Plant where shipping costs are covered by
sender and product distribution is done by external transporter.
Every product that does not meet the agreed standard criteria will be charged

In general, the distribution channels of Crude Palm Oil marketing of PT
Agro Indonesia are mostly transported by land (51%) while by sea (49%). Thus,
this condition can not be separated from the motivation of PT Agro Indonesia to
meet the demand of Crude Palm Oil throughout Indonesia.
