In addition, the existing roles and responsibilities of the BADAC and its Committees created under DILG MC 2015-63 re: Revitalization of the Barangay Drug Abuse Council and their Roles in Drug Clearing Operations are strengthened by the said Regulation. An view of the foregoing, all PNP and DILG Regional Directors and Field Officers are hereby directed to cause the widest dissemination of the enclosed DDB Regulation No. 3 series of 2017 and ensure compliance thereof.
