The Carnival of Dark Delights – A place where mortals and vampyrs alike can come to view scantly
clad young girls and boys being feasted on by newborn vampyrs. A mortal can even join should they
wish in the hedonistic sadism. Some say the Vampyrs use the Carnival to create newborns from those
who seem right for the calling. Most of those being feasted on end up in the Tareth river. The Carnival
Master, is Dahaut Rimbaud, a Vampyr that appears like a young man of 17 years of age.
