The distributor Rice Sonora, is a company dedicated to the distribution and

marketing of rice, in its different presentations and brands, our product is 100%
Colombian and we have the highest quality standards that guarantee the satisfaction
of our customers.

Rice Sonora has more than 5 brands of its own, such as the Sonora brand,
Alcaravan, Vallegrande and others, each with different products and percentages,
which can be found in presentations of 250gr, 500gr, 1kg, 3kg and 5 kg,
accommodating the needs of its customers, we also have brown rice, gourmet rice
and soon with a variety of flavored rice.

He region of Tolima is fundamental for the cultivation of rice in Colombia, its

land allows cultivating one of the best rice in Latin America, its crops are
known by the different national mills, who chose to settle in those areas since
they allow annually to produce more 30% of the rice consumed in Colombia
at low cost and the labor of the region is abundant. As our raw material is
paddy rice and this is marketed by farmers directly we choose the area as

Rice Sonora: Good morning, how many tons of paddy rice do you have?

Farmer: I have available 4 tons of paddy rice of excellent quality, coming from the
Tolima of the harvest of the month of August

Rice Sonora: You must bring them to the Sonda de Saldaña mill, we will verify the
quality of the rice, we will carry out the tests and according to the results we will
agree a price, if you do not have a way to bring it we will send a vehicle to pick up
but the value of the freight will be discounted from the total.

Farmer: I will take it personally and guarantee the quality of the rice

Rice Sonora: After testing the rice, and verify the values set by the government for
the paddy trade, I can pay the ton to $ 910,071, a price that would be according to
the quality of the product.

Farmer: I agree, I accept it. How is the payments part?

you have it - photocopy of the identification card and bank certification), after that we
register it in our system and cancel it after 30 days.
